What You'll Learn
The exact framework from Red Dragon Karate: same structure, same language Chris runs inside his own schools. Start building your version this week.
Why right now: bullying is rising, schools are short-staffed, and California's new phone policy is forcing districts to rethink student supervision. Chris shows you how to reach your local district before another school in your market does.
How to talk to parents and close them: the framing that turns a school tour into enrollment. You already have the trust; this gives you the language to activate it.
The business model: how licensed trainers build district relationships and a revenue stream that doesn't depend on mat fees.

Your Host
10th-Degree Black Belt ยท American Karate Hall of Fame ยท CEO, Red Dragon Karate
Chris is CEO of Red Dragon Karate, the Southern California school system his father founded in 1965. A 10th-degree black belt and Hall of Fame inductee, Chris built the Bully Proof curriculum inside his own schools. Everything he teaches, he's already running with his own students, every day.
Who is this workshop for?
Martial arts school owners who want to add a bullying prevention program and turn it into a trust-builder and revenue stream. No prior prevention program experience needed.
I'm not in California. Does the new law angle apply to me?
The certification works in every state. California is the biggest single market (9,000+ schools, new July mandate) but the district approach works anywhere. Most people in this workshop are not in California.
I run a smaller school. Is this realistic for me?
Chris built this in his own school. The model favors community-embedded studios. You have the local relationships a district administrator cares about. You're not competing with a national chain; you're competing with the school down the street that hasn't figured this out yet.
Will there be a replay?
Yes. Registered attendees get replay access for 5 days. The licensing offer is only open for 7 days after the live session.
